CSChE Chemical Engineering Local Section Scholarships: For leadership qualities and demonstrated contributions to the CSChE such as participation in Student Chapters as well as academic performance.

Graduate and Undergraduate Student Division Awards: For more information on these awards, visit the Division and Local Section websites or check out the student program on the upcoming conference website.

Faculty Advisor Award: Presented to one faculty advisor from the CSChE who has demonstrated exceptional performance working with students. This award is a Student Chapter nominated award.

Graduate Student Poster Competition: Awarded to students who demonstrate vast knowledge of their topic by presenting their findings in a clear and precise manner at the Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference Graduate Student Poster Competition.

Reg Friesen Award for Best Oral Paper: Awarded to encourage students to present oral papers at the Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference, of general interest concerning chemical education.

Robert G. Auld Oral Paper Competition Award: Awarded for the best oral paper presented at the Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference on any topic that pertains to some aspect of chemical engineering.

Silver Medals: Presented to the top students at each Canadian university entering their final year of chemical or biochemical engineering programs.

SNC-Lavalin Plant Design Competition Award: A competition for a team of students enrolled in undergraduate chemical engineering programs at Canadian Universities to create the best plant design.

Student Chapter Merit Award: Recognizes and encourages initiative and originality in Student Chapter programming in chemical engineering.
